As you wrap up fall quarter, it
is time to evaluate how it went with your goals. Did you reach them? What could
you have done better during the quarter? How can you fix that issue for winter
term? If you did not reach your goals, spend some time thinking about what the
problems were that kept you from the goal. I strongly recommend that you have a
phone conversation with your chair and discuss it. Ask for suggestions for next
quarter and together come up with a plan.
Next time, I will
discuss forming a secret society. Do you have an issue or a question that you
